Aerkhen is the realm of verticality, shared between crag-dwelling birds and alpine mammals. It's also home to the game's only fusion unit: when Cataclyle (Storm Raven) fights the storm to reach Aigleor (Rock Eagle), their collision births the Griffon of the Crags — Vidor, never sold in the shop, unlocked only when both lineages reach Generation 3. Here, fusion is the reward for holding on, not an effect that simply falls from the sky.
